# IP allowlisting

A session’s remote website traffic leaves through its configured transport and egress provider. The Tooluse.net API address is not the browser’s website-facing egress address.

Do not assume that one session’s observed address is a permanent dedicated IP or a guaranteed allowlist range. Country and proxy settings are validated against the selected transport, and unavailable requested capabilities are refused. A country verification result does not guarantee a fixed IP.

For a destination that requires an IP allowlist, agree on a supported egress configuration before enabling automation. Tooluse.net does not publish an invented fixed range for all browser sessions.

See Create a browser session and the Browsers API for authentication, request fields, and limits.
